All repairs are quoted on before work will commence.

We offer a service which is transparent from the original quote to the completed repair. All major repairs carry an 18 month guarantee.

Repairs and servicing requiring replacement parts.

Servicing and repair of Rolex, Tudor, IWC, Breitling, Tag Heuer and other brands in most cases will require replacement of parts to ensure performance and integrity is maintained to the highest level.

We carry an extensive inventory of parts for many common calibers such as ETA7750, ETA2824, ETA2892, SW200, SW300, SW500. In most cases, this allows for service and repairs for these calibers to be completed within 2-3 weeks to provide our valued customers with prompt service.

Please note that repairs requiring the ordering of parts not in stock may take longer for completion, and we will endeavor to keep you informed of the anticipated timeframes.

Regular maintenance is an integral part of owning any quality timepiece, so that it will perform as accurately as possible and also so it can be handed down and continue to be used for generations.

The Process

   

FREE QUOTE

Every service, repair and restoration begins with an individual consultation and quotation being provided free-of-charge. It is important that Aaron is able to view the watch in person to provide the most accurate quotation and advice, however this can be accommodated by coming in store or by posting in your watch for appraisal.
   

TIMEFRAME

At the time of quotation, Aaron will discuss with you the anticipated timeframe for completion of the scope of works, with consideration to any parts that need to be ordered. Quotations are provided on a fixed-cost basis to ensure there are no hidden surprises.
   

UPDATES

Aaron keeps his clients updated on the progress of work on their watches, particularly if there are any delays related to sourcing and delivery of parts, over the anticipated timeframe agreed with his clients. Clients are welcomed to contact Lawrence Watchmaking with any questions and enquiries during as work progresses.
   

MINOR REPAIRS

For minor repairs, battery replacement and band adjustments, come and see us in store and Aaron will endeavour to provide on-the-spot service wherever this can be accommodated.

Postal repairs

Postal repairs If you are unable to come and visit us in store in the Adelaide Arcade, you are welcome to contact us by phone or email and post your watch in for an obligation free, no charge quotation. Postal repairs are provided the same priority and attention as those delivered in-store and the greatest care will be taken when returning completed work to you.
